A top 10 and top 20 finalist in Inkshares 2018 Mystery/Thriller and Horror contests, Randall Lane is a fiction author of both novels and short stories surrounding the supernatural, mystery, suspense, and horror genres. The year is 1989, and as detectives search for a local serial killer, James and Rebecca Randolph can’t help but wonder if it may be James’s strange co-worker Ethan. After causing a horrendous accident at the Georgetown International Paper Mill, Ethan vanishes before further questioning. What detectives discover inside Ethan’s home not only confirms James and Rebecca’s suspicion, but reveals they were Ethan’s next intended victims. With this fresh revelation, locals are quick to term Ethan the GTK or Georgetown Killer. Twenty-five years later, after relocating to Holden Beach, James and Rebecca find themselves once again in the cross hairs of the GTK. As they strengthen their relationship with Native American friends, James and Rebecca learn there is much more going on than meets the eye, and they’ll gain a whole new perspective of the saying, “Good vs Evil.”
